RTA Announces New App Feature To Report Damages In Services

You can now highlight all the issues affecting your experience on public transport at just the click of a button.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) have introduced the ‘Madinati’ feature on the RTA app, allowing residents to report any damages or malfunctions they come across in the city

Bus stop bench broken? Madinati

Traffic signal not working? Madinati

Aspiring Instagram-sensation-kinda brick spotted on the road? Madinati! (wink wink)

The move has been introduced to help maintain higher levels of safety in the Emirate

The RTA has stated that this was to ensure safety. Residents can report ant damages or malfunctions that they spot on the RTA’s mobility services or roads.

Just open the RTA Dubai app, click on the Madinati feature, select the location and then report the sighting.
