A UAE resident appeared to have heard meows coming from beneath the car and little paws sticking out. A mother cat was also standing near the car which only told him, there was a kitten in the engine compartment of the car.
Resident Fahad immediately bent over to free the little kitten that looks to be just a couple weeks old. The kitten’s mother was right there, waiting for the man to help.

Cats tend to hide when the weather gets cold and since it’s getting closer to the winter months, it’s no surprise that cats will hide in car engines. A UAE resident actually took a video of the incident that happened to him with a kitten getting stuck in a car’s engine. In this case, it looks like the kitten’s mother put it there to keep it safe and warm.
While they may think it’s far from predators and danger, car engines can become excessively hot and fatal to felines who camp out in there. If you think a meow is coming from a car, knock on the hood to scare the cats away. You’ll be doing them a great service! Do not turn the car engine on if you believe a cat is in the engine compartment and do not honk the horn.
When Fahad freed the kitten, the mother cat instantly went to comfort the kitten. You can hear him in the background of the video saying “saved the cat. No injuries.” Thankfully the kitten made it out safely!
