It’s World Environment Day tomorrow, and to celebrate, Emirates has shared a video of just how the airline cleans its A380s without water.
It’s pretty interesting, given the cleaning of the aircraft improves the function and speed of them while in the air.
A typical dry-wash saves 11,300L of water each time.
The clean takes 15 staff 12 hours to clean one A380 – which it needs about three times per year
