Comedy king Umer Shareef dies in Germany at the age Of 66. He was taken to a hospital in Nuremberg, Germany. Because his health deteriorated during his journey to the United States. Meanwhile, the comedian was diagnosed with several illnesses, including coronary artery disease.
Back in August of this year, Umer Sharif suffered a heart attack. The comedian had already undergone two heart bypasses at the time, according to his close aide Pervaiz Kaifi
Firstly, Umer Sharif took an air ambulance to a hospital in the United States for treatment. But, his condition worsened, and brought to a hospital during a layover in Germany.
The legendary actor’s health became a national concern after he made a video request to Prime Minister Imran Khan. He demanded assistance in obtaining a visa to fly overseas for medical treatment. Certainly, the federal government promised to assist him. Above all, the Sindh government stepped in as well, allocating Rs40 million for his treatments.
Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed his sadness over Sharif’s death. Furthermore, he stated that he had the excellent opportunity to travel with the comedian to collect cash for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital on his Twitter account.

In the same vein, legendary Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhter also showed sadness in the tragic incident. He tweeted that I’m at a loss for words to describe my grief and despair.
Legendary Umar Sharif sahab passed away. I have no words to express my sorrow & sadness. He has spread so much happiness & laughter in his lifetime to be remembered forever.

Khalil-Ur-Rehman Qamar, a scriptwriter, and filmmaker conveyed his sorrow in a heartfelt Twitter message on Saturday.

Umer Sharif began his career in stand-up comedy at the age of 14. Further, he has performed in over 60 stage comedy performances and numerous television shows. In addition, he also produced, directed, and acted in two films.
