Qatar Airways organised three flights last night to bring passengers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Qatar.
The flights were organised from KSA to Doha via Muscat, Oman.
The flights departed King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah at 16:00, 22:00 and 23:00 local time on Tuesday and landed in Muscat.
A connecting Qatar Airways flight then transported the passengers from Muscat onward to Doha.
A flight with Kuwait Airlines has been arranged for 19.15 on Wednesday for passengers from KSA to Doha via Kuwait.
Qatar Airways has said they are providing additional crew on the ground to ensure all passengers are being cared for.
Passengers are being given the option of a full refund on any unused tickets and free rebooking to the nearest alternative Qatar Airways network destination.
