The First-Ever Fast EV Charging Stations In The Kingdom Are Spotted In Madinah

It’s no secret that Saudi Arabia has its eyes set on electric vehicles – the PIF owns a majority stake in Lucid Motors BTW. On a side note Lucid is even going to be manufacturing their sleek EVs here in the kingdom. Now with all this push towards EVs it was high-time we got those fast charging stations.

Images of the very first of such charging stations have surfaced on the net and they’re in Madinah.

They’ve launched one of such stations now, with seven more set to be built around in the city in the near future. Looks cool, eh?
