A UAE Royal Has Passed Away And A Three-Day Mourning Period Has Been Announced
A UAE royal, HH Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Qasimi of Ras Al Khaimah has passed away, it has been announced.
He was a member of the RAK royal family, and was in his 80s when he passed away on Sunday afternoon.
Flags will be flown at half-mast for three days in respect for the ruler.
Funeral prayers will be held on Monday at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Ras Al Khaimah.
