Saudi Sent Its Fourth Relief Plane To Flood Affected Libya

Libya unfortunately faced deadly floods over the past month that killed thousands, and left many others homeless. The natural disaster struck the city of Derna, which was initially known as a city of buildings and population, has now become a city of muddy mounds and homes that were washed away. The Kingdom rose to assist the thirty-thousand people that were left homeless due to the incident and sent a bunch of relief planes.

The Kingdom just sent their fourth relief plane filled with over 90 tonnes of goods and supplies

The Saudi Press Agency posted information on the Kingdom’s efforts to assist Libya during the difficult time. Once delivered to Derna, officials from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center will work together with the Libyan Red Crescent to supervise the delivery process.
