Certain Saudi Residents Currently In Countries From Which Saudi Arabia Has Suspended Travel Can Come Back

So many Saudi residents have been stuck in other countries because of the suspension of travel to Saudi Arabia from a list of countries to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

However, there is now an update on this policy

A few residents currently in those countries will be allowed to enter the country again. The conditions are al follows: diplomats, health practitioners, and the families for each of these categories can return to Saudi Arabia so long as they have had two doses of the COVID-19 vaccination.

The ministry has shared additional details on their social media.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, has directed to extend the validity of residencies for expatriates currently outside the Kingdom.

Saudi residents currently in countries from which entry back to Saudi Arabia is suspended right now will have their visas extended till September 30

This extension is going to take place automatically and residents will not be charged for the extension.
