As part of the measures being rolled out across Saudi to curb the spread of COVID-19, parts of Saudi have introduced drones featuring thermal imaging cameras, which can detect fever in shoppers at the fruit and veg markets.

Shoppers in Medina are being monitored and strict social distancing is being enforced
