After Ahmed Musa’s World Cup heroics, the transfer market was abuzz with rumors that a Saudi club has made a huge offer for the Nigerian striker. But now sadly, news has just come in that he won’t be playing for a Saudi club.
According to Sky Sports, Saudi Arabia’s Al Nassr Club’s offer of £12 million for Ahmed Musa has been rejected by Leicester City.
His second goal of the match was even nominated for the goal of the tournament.
Musa joined Leicester City after a then club-record £16.6m signing but has only made 21 Premier League appearances for the side. He spent much of the second half of the previous season on loan at CSKA Moscow.
