The General Directorate of Civil Defense has issued a strong warning to residents, urging them to steer clear of valleys and seasonal lakes to avoid potential dangers. The Makkah region, particularly Makkah City and Taif, is expected to bear the brunt of the storm, with predictions of heavy to moderate rainfall, flash floods, hailstorms, and strong winds that might even whip up sandstorms. Nearby areas like Jeddah and Al-Lith will likely experience lighter showers.

In Riyadh, moderate rainfall is on the horizon, while areas like Al-Sulayyil and Wadi Al-Dawasir should prepare for dusty conditions

Over in Madinah, Baha, Asir, and Jazan, moderate to heavy rain is expected, while Hail, Najran, and the Eastern Region can anticipate lighter precipitation. The Civil Defense is stressing the importance of following safety guidelines, which are being actively shared through media channels and social media to keep everyone informed and safe.
