As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, Riyadh’s public transport system is making key adjustments to better serve commuters

The Riyadh Metro and public buses will extend their operating hours, ensuring greater accessibility during late-night hours when many residents are out for Iftar gatherings, Taraweeh prayers, and Suhoor.

The Riyadh Metro will now operate from 8AM to 2AM Sunday through Thursday, 10AM to 2AM on Saturdays, and 12PM to 3AM on Fridays—giving night owls and late commuters extra time to travel comfortably

Public transport buses will run daily from 6:30AM to 3AM, making it easier for residents and visitors to navigate the city at all hours.
