Saudi Arabia is launching a major recruitment drive for educators, with 10,494 teaching positions now open for applications as part of a nationwide effort to enhance public education

The Ministry of Education announced that hiring will follow the spatial contracting system, ensuring that schools receive teachers in the most needed subjects. Candidates can apply through the Jadarat employment platform, with male applicants eligible from March 7-12, and female applicants from March 14-19, 2025.

Applicants must meet eligibility criteria and pass evaluations before moving to the next stage

The first selection list will be announced on March 23, followed by in-person interviews and document verification in April. The final list of successful candidates will be confirmed in July 2025.

To ensure high teaching standards, selected candidates will also complete mandatory training through the National Institute for Educational Professional Development

This initiative marks a significant step in strengthening Saudi Arabia’s education sector, offering thousands of graduates an opportunity to shape the future of young learners across the Kingdom.
