An Archaeologist Finds Striking Images Of 400 Mysterious Stone Structures in Saudi from 1000s of Years Ago
Australian archaeologist David Kennedy found 400 huge stone walls using Google Earth and Bing Maps that dates back hundreds of years ago!
He located the images in in the volcanic region of Harrat Khyber, nicknamed as “Gates” because they look like as gates from satellite images. It is unclear who has built them but these are one of the very few human-made structures in isolated parts in Saudi.
The largest of this is 1,700 feet long. Some of these gates looks like “I” shape and some are rectangular.
