Saudi twitter is buzzed with a hashtag #Young_guy_stalk_lady_driver showing a video where a local man appears to be recording a woman in her car, driving. In the video, the man is verbally abusing the women he’s encountered in the driver’s seats, shouting “Look, see what she’s doing!”
Twitter reactions exploded, with some angry at the man who recorded without the women’s permission.

Many are saying no one should try and be a ‘citizen police’ by documenting/filming the woman without her permission. A user said “Public facilities belongs to both men and women and woman shouldn’t be ‘reported’ while driving.”
With another user says “Filming was necessary to prevent such acts from happening before driving rules are enforced.”
Some are calling for the arrest of both the man and the women for violating privacy and traffic regulations.
However, the decree for women to be able to drive only comes into effect from June 2018.
