In the car with a driver, His Highness told the other man to pull over so they could have a conversation. He found out that the man who littered was a doctor and professor.

Sheikh Sultan told the doctor that littering is an unacceptable behaviour, reminding him that he teaches students and this serves as a bad example
Sheikh Sultan accepted his apology and respectfully reminded the doctor that he teaches students and that he should set a good example for them.
The Ruler of Sharjah always sets a good example for his people!
