This Little Child’s Heartwarming Act For Gaza Is Winning Hearts In The UAE

In the midst of the ongoing Israel-Gaza conflict, the UAE community has rallied to support those in need. A touching moment recently emerged from Sharjah’s “Tarahum for Gaza” donation centre where a young child volunteered her time to help pack aid for Gaza, leaving a deep impression on those who witnessed her act of compassion.

This precious video speaks volumes about the resilience and kindness inherent in the UAE’s diverse expat community.

It also highlights the importance of instilling empathy and charity in children from an impressionable age, as they can learn the value of their privilege and the joy that comes from extending a helping hand to those in need

The ongoing crisis in Gaza has seen people from all walks of life uniting to provide support, and this young volunteer serves as a reminder that even the smallest among us can make a big difference

To further contribute to Gaza’s relief efforts, those in the UAE have the option to donate at various Emirates Red Crescent sites.

In Abu Dhabi, these locations include:

  • The Emirates Red Crescent Headquarters
  • Carrefour on Airport Road
  • Marina Mall Caravan
  • Shahama
  • Baniyas Co-operative Society
  • Khalifa City
  • Baniyas City
  • Al Shawamekh

Dubai residents can contribute to the cause at:

  • Emirates Red Crescent Headquarters in Al Quoz
  • Umm Ramool in Al Garhoud
  • Carrefour in Mall of the Emirates
  • And several City Centre locations including Al Shindagha, Meaisem, Mirdif, and Arabian Centre

Sharjah also has several donation centres, including:

  • The Nekheelat Authority Office
  • Sharjah Co-operative Society in Helwan and Al Dhaid
  • Lulu Hypermarket in Al Hazana

For added convenience, Alserkal Avenue is hosting a donation drive until October 30 from 10am to 7pm daily at Warehouse 1, allowing residents to come together to support Gaza during these challenging times.
