The Mandir In Abu Dhabi Is Opening To The Public In March!

The much-awaited Mandir in Abu Dhabi has stunning pink sandstone and white marble sculptures with intricate carvings. It’s the emirate’s first Hindu temple. Additionally, they announced that they’re opening the temple’s doors to the public in a few days!

Make sure to mark your calendar, as the Mandir in Abu Dhabi plans to welcome visitors starting March 1

On February 14, the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha and Mr. Modi inaugurated the opening of the temple. Additionally, the inauguration consisted of an evening dedication ceremony and the consecration and blessing of 7 deities in special morning prayers.

The temple, situated in Abu Mureikha area, off the main motorway between Dubai and the capital, will open to the public March 1.

In September 2019 the Hindu temple gained legal status and in December 2019 the construction commenced. Also, the main temple at Abu Dhabi Mandir is 32.9 meters tall, 79.8 meters long, and 54.8 meters wide. It can accommodate 8,000 to 10,000 people. Additionally, other buildings on the compound include prayer halls, a community center, a children’s park, an amphitheater, and a library.
