Over the past few days, teams across multiple sectors worked closely together under strict safety protocols to support passengers affected by the disruption. As part of these efforts, more than 4,300 complimentary hotel rooms across 74 hotels were arranged for around 7,000 passengers, ensuring travelers had a comfortable place to stay while their flights were rescheduled.
Authorities across the emirate also collaborated to provide a wide range of support services, including shuttle transportation, refreshments, hospitality assistance, medical care and retail vouchers, helping passengers manage the transition smoothly.
