The famous chef has seven Michelin stars to his name (spread across three of his restaurants)

He has eyes on ​Dubai, Kuwait and Qatar as locations for Bouchon Bakeries’ first expansion outside of the US

He is partnering with MH Alshaya Co here in the Middle East to expand the brand

Visitors can expect a classic French style boulangerie

And pastries that are basically perfection

Simple and elegant desserts are a trademark of the brand

And the breakfast menu is one to rival the greats

Milk and cookies anyone?

These are the treats the people of Dubai have to look forward to…

The Bouchon Bakery is expected to open in Dubai later in the year, location TBC
