A marketing campaign by Radisson Blu Deira Creek has been launched and it’s so cringe-worthy it might just actually be brilliant.
The campaign tells the story of ‘Lara’, a 30-year-old in Dubai looking for love, and going on a series of dates in the hotel.
Lara apparently can only stay in the Radisson Blu because ‘it’s the only hotel her protective parents trust’.
The video, shared to Radisson Blu’s Facebook is a tad awkward, but is definitely one to get people talking, with its poking fun at expats in the UAE while educating on dishes, and just being an all-round uncomfortable watch.
