A Hefty AED2.53 Billion Worth Of Real Estate Transactions Were Signed In Dubai In The First Working Friday
Although it may have been a confusing
first Friday for many of us living in the UAE, the change has already resulted in an increase in value of real estate transactions in Dubai.
WAM announced on Friday that the entire country had exceeded AED2.53 billion, with 227 real estate transactions.
The total value of real estate transactions recorded in 2022’s first week exceeded AED7.24 billion
…all thanks to the 1,766 transactions that took place.
Those are SOME numbers.
Lucky Friday! The first working Friday resulted in 173 sales transactions worth AED2.3 billion
For that number to arise, Dubai Land Department or DLD showed how 12 of those transactions were plots of land worth AED451.16 million, and 161 were apartments and villas worth AED1.93 billion.
According to WAM, the top three areas in the city that saw the highest value of land sales transactions on Friday were Marsa Dubai, Al Thanya Fifth, and Palm Jumeirah.
Dare we say it, the city’s off to a pretty good start of the year already!
