This is a fantastic ballet, following a sculptor who fell in love with his creation, a statue of a beautiful young woman. Prepare for drama as the role of the fierce creator is taken by a successful ballroom dancer who resolves to “sculpt” a virtuoso performer from a clumsy ordinary girl into a heroine.

The transformation of the heroine is complemented by the background music of “Waltz King” by Johann Strauss the Son

The Pygmalion Effect is Boris Eifman’s first work in the genre of comedy in recent years, and it will show at Dubai Opera on November 7 and 8.
