There are SO MANY iftars happening around the city – and they all seem pretty glam.
And our team has been out on the streets, testing them out (tough life, we know).
So we’ve handpicked a few of our favourites for you to try before the end of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
It’s catered by Sean Connolly, so you KNOW the food is good. It’s a la carte quality, but served up as a buffet. The meats will melt in your mouth, the salads are light and fresh, but still hearty, and it’s so beautiful, with all the fairy lights, being in the grand auditorium, with traditional music playing.
AED250 per person.
The Fairuz tent at Fairmont The Palm certainly looks the part; it’s decked up in lots of purple hanging drapery and Arabic style lighting, but it’s the FOOD that sets this tent apart.
Shout out to the shawarma station, yup shawarma made on the spot and ready to eat is the best kind, the pasta that comes from a big wheel of cheese and the entire room dedicated to desserts with deliciously warm umm ali that you’ll dream about…
Catered by Dubai’s own Marriott, the beautiful Fayruz tent in Ras Al Khamiah is well worth a venture out to the emirate.
The massive tent is set up overlooking the waters surrounding Marjan Island, with outdoor decking to enjoy the view.
The food is top-notch and the service superb.
You’d expect nothing less than luxury at the Armani, and the iftar is great fun, particularly thanks to a Turkish ice cream stand with entertainment!
A great one for dessert lovers.
AED250 per person.
A rather extensive buffet, with cuisines from all over the world, the Ritz-Carlton knows how to put on a spread. The staff are friendly and helpful, with chefs loitering in the buffet area to help diners clarify.
The airy white tent is beautifully designed and well worth a visit.
