The Kingdom Is Offering Pilgrims 1GB Free Data On Specific Days Of Hajj This Week

Free 1GB mobile and internet data will be given to all pilgrims this Hajj season, that’s totaling more than TWO million gigabytes of internet data (presuming all of them use it).

According to Argaam, the decision to give complimentary data to pilgrims is to help ease their communication with their families from back home. The Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology also added that the data would help pilgrims have access to the Smart Hajj app.

The mobile networks that partnered up with the Ministry are Mobily, Zain KSA, Virgin and Lebara.

How to get the data activated

USers of the Sawa Ziyara, AlZowar, Noor, Hajj & Umrah and Iman package will be able to obtain access to the 1GB for an entire 48 hours.

Hajj officially began on Sunday and will last until this Friday, August 24.
