Jeddah Finally Gets A Beach In The City Where You Can Actually Swim

For us Jeddahwis up until recently, we had to go to the outskirts of the city to swim. Okay, there was this public beach at Obhur but that wasn’t the kind you’d actually go swimming in as there were no facilities there whatsoever.

Luckily, Jeddah just got a new beach called the Alexandria Beach that opened during as part of the ongoing Jeddah Season festivities.

And, we are impressed by the facilities in it, to say the least.

From locker rooms to beach beds, it’s everything we always wanted

The beach is obviously pretty crowded nowadays with school vacations underway
