The Color Run Is Finally Coming To Saudi This Weekend And Here’s Everything You Need To Know About It

There was a time when most of the big events happening in Saudi were taking place either in Riyadh or Jeddah, but with Sharqiya Season going on in full swing all the big events nowadays are seemingly taking place in the eastern part of the country. In fact, the lineup is so good that many are probably feeling jealous of those living in Sharqiya.

Some of the events lined up for the Sharqiya Season include concerts by Pitbull and Akon, a temporary branch of Al Baik (yes, it’s an event too) and the Color Run.

Coming to the Color Run, which is also called “Happiest 5k on the Planet” is finally coming to Saudi Arabia and it will take place on the 23^rd of this month in Al Khobar. Here’s why a lot of people are really excited about it.

In the Color Run, there are no winners or losers.

They don’t even clock the time that each runner passes the finish line.

As the name suggests there will be a lot of color throwing giving your inner photographer plenty of photo ops.

The run has already taken place in over 40 countries.
