The UAE celebrated its 49th National Day and despite the pandemic, what a lovely celebration it was throughout the country. Residents and citizens were equally excited and the entire country was painted with the colours of the flag in the form of fireworks, decor and so much more.

Shoppers who went out for a grocery run were pleasantly surprised by the arrangement and it’s safe to say that some of them loved it.

But Spinneys didn’t just make this gesture for the aesthetics.

The brand decided to use all of this long weekend to highlight the efforts of the local growers in the country and produce sold by them. Not only did this showcase some amazing products but it also strengthened the pride Spinneys feels (like the rest of us) to support the local farmers and growers.
