Nothing quite shows the vision passed through generation quiet like this picture of a stamp issued in 1964 by then ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Rashid. The stamp, entitled “Honoring Astronauts” signified Dubai’s commitment to space programming. Now, over 50 years later, there is a space program worth $20bn and a mission to Mars with Emirati only crew.Â
If you weren’t already 100% sure that we are living in a country,  a city, that has great vision, desire and ability to fulfill, then this should confirm it. It’s incredible what has been achieved in such a short space of time, not just in building the City, but way beyond that as well.Â

Dreams begin with ideas, a word, an image or even a postage stamp. As generations work to fulfill our dreams, we develop concrete realities
