It’s getting cold in Dubai…says every weather report in the Emirate this morning. So, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to search every local and international weather site we can get our hands on (we’re sure you’ve been doing the same this morning), and things don’t look that bad, actually.
Reports of temperatures dropping to between 10 and 12 degrees during the day might be a bit of an exaggeration…as much as we’d like to believe it and get our new winter coats out…the ones that got a ‘proper’ first run back in England over Christmas, we just don’t think it’s going to happen.
Other than a drop to around 17 or 18 degrees this weekend, temperatures look to be back up to the 20’s (up to 26 degrees) from Sunday (with a possible drop on Monday).
So…is it going to be cold in Dubai? Yes, a bit colder than usual but by no means ‘actual cold’. Incase you’d forgotten what ‘actual cold’ looks like, here’s a reminder in the form of beautiful Instagram pictures from around the world…
Think storms, snow, rain, wind…the lot
And the rest of England has had snow for January
Temperatures drop as low as -50 degrees at night
Hell really has frozen over here…pretty much from December through to March.
And one a little closer to home
