This Amazing Campaign Donates AED1 To Charity For Every 1 Litre Of Bottled Water Purchased

Every now and then, brands grab attention with campaigns that make a difference, and this is one of those times.

And anyone who purchases bottled water needs to take note.

MonViso is an Italian Natural Mineral Water who have made an amazing commitment; for every one litre of bottled water purchased via their app Google Play or App Store) or website, they will donate AED1 to the Al Jalila Foundation.

This has been a standout campaign, where influencers and friends of the brand have passionately pushed for bottled water drinkers to make the smart choice when purchasing water.

Big Rossi, who recently completed the London marathon after just a few short months of training is a proud supporter too

“I’m so happy to have teamed up with @monvisowater for my fitness transformation. It feels like a great partnership because they collect and recycle all of the bottles from your house and they also donate 1 Dirham to the @aljalilauae foundation which no other water company does!”

The incredible initiative has raised nearly AED385k to date

This has only been possible through the support of UAE residents (you!) and the extensive list of fans of the brand. This significant amount of money will truly make a difference for the Al Jalila Foundation, which was established by HH Sheikh Mohammed, and praise must be given to the only brand of its kind which is committed to monthly charitable donations to a worthy cause.

Think about it, every time you purchase bottled water you could be making a charitable donation – it’s a no brainer!

Adults are recommended to drink approximately two litres of water per day

So, if you’re buying 2 litres of water daily it just makes sense that you choose a brand that’s giving back.

Every dirham raised goes towards the Al Jalila Foundation, a non-profit charitable organisation dedicated to transforming lives through medical education and research.

This is just the beginning for the brand which has also announced a sustainable partnership with Dgrade, whereby together they will create Take Water. Give Life merchandise with fibres obtained from recycled pet bottles. It will be sold it via MonViso partners and the net revenue generated from the sales will be donated to Al Jalila Foundation – the move highlights a well-rounded approach towards fund-raising for the important cause.

The success of the initiative will be celebrated at an iftar in May.
