13 Pretty Odd Looks Spotted At The Ongoing Fashion Forward

We know fashion events are not just about stuff that happens on the ramp. 

The people attending make a difference too. They are at their stylish best and are looked upon as trendsetters. It’s great to have a quirky style but…there are some outfits we just don’t get (perhaps that’s why we aren’t designers or stylists).
