Dubai Records Its Highest Property Transaction Week Over The Past Five Weeks
The fourth quarter has only just begun, but the property market is already booming in Dubai!

Between September 12 to 16, i.e. over the past five days, Dubai has recorded property transactions worth AED 9.8 Billion!
In terms of land sales, Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions. In terms of Apartment and villa sales, Business Bay recorded the most transactions. This has been a common trend over the past few months.

The highest property transaction week was recorded between July 18 to July 22 with AED 10.9 billion
This is the third-highest transaction week over the past three months, with the second being 9.9 billion between June 27 and July 1.
It is the highest transaction week over the past five weeks.
