An Indian expat, Bijesh Bose, joins the ever-growing list of UAE millionaires as he just won Dh1 million in the Big Ticket draw. But what makes his win extra special is that his wife gave birth to twins just two days prior.

Those twins sure are lucky for their father.

According to the Gulf News, he apparently just went out of the hospital for lunch when he got the winning call.
