Aside from the fact that the proposal was as dreamy as it could be, cabin crew were even nervous during that service as it is a special service added to the list of duties a cabin crew has.
During the proposal Kareem was visibly nervous aside from all of the cabin crew, you can even see the purser manage the proposal.
