DSCE is the governing body that regulates district cooling policies in Dubai, and they’re always happy to hear from consumers who are having problems with their service providers.
Just head to their website and fill out the complaint form, providing as much detail as possible about your issue.
The DSCE will then investigate your complaint and get back to you with updates. Just be patient, as it can take up to two weeks for your complaint to be resolved.
