Just when the week couldn’t get any worse BAAM! The world was hit with the news that Spider-Man will no longer be a part of the much loved and crazed about multi-billion dollar Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
The upsetting news had leaked before Sony could get the chance to come out and announce the split with Disney themselves. By then all the seven continents had already been hit by the fact that Spider-Man will no longer be a part of any of the Marvel movies.
Much of today’s news about Spider-Man has mischaracterized recent discussions about Kevin Feige’s involvement in the franchise. We are disappointed, but respect Disney’s decision not to have him continue as a lead producer of our next live action Spider-Man film. (1/3)

The film rights of the Spidey Marvel comic book superhero are owned by Sony – where they produced five films ft. Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.
Then in 2015 Sony studios struck a deal with Disney and Marvel Studios to allow Peter Parker’s character to be featured in the MCU.

Then tragedy struck when earlier on Tuesday Sony and Disney announced that they are parting ways, leading to Peter Parker’s exit from the MCU.
