Dubai limousine fleet, part of Dubai Taxi Corporation and a subsidiary of the RTA is getting some new techy upgrades. 

FMS Tech have been employed to provide over 100 monitoring systems for the limos. They new systems can track driver behaviour, vehicle location, vehicle status, engine status and performance, and vehicle and engine maintenance, and reverts all information back to RTA digital platforms. 

The data can be analysed and will help drivers improve habits. The aim of the collaboration is to improve road safety and to better understand driver routes and driver idle times, which will in turn reduce costs according to Wam.ae.
