A gang in Dubai used two of their members to rob a company for AED200,000 using a shocking method – they splashed a 38-year-old Indian employee at the company by using water spiked with chilli and were able to walk away with the money, according to Gulf Today

These two men are 34-year-old Asian man and another 37-year-old man who were arrested and sentenced for a year after the money heist that took place in the Meena Bazaar area.

Third accomplice was not looped in

With the help of a driver, the two men splashed the Indian employee who was carrying the money in a plastic bag, who immediately felt a “burning” effect in his face and eyes – causing him to lose sight temporarily.

Apparently the 30-year-old driver was handed AED150,000 unknowingly to him that the money was just stolen.

Both men were sentenced to one year in jail followed by deportation, while one man is still at large
