Congratulations Tima!

Deryan, is a Dubai resident who goes by handle the @mountaingipsy on the ‘gram. She broke the exciting news to her followers…
“I made it to the highest point in the world Mount Everest that stands at 8,848m. I though summiting was a major bonus of my expedition but it turned out that I made it as the 1st Lebanese Woman ! Unplanned, unexpected, It was the cherry on top of my journey!
7amdella I managed to tick off my 6th out of the 7 summit”
Fatima Deryan
The death toll of climbers attempting to reach the peak has reportedly risen to ten, after Nepal issued the highest number of climbing permits to date for this season.
381 permits were issued, however the deaths, along with shocking images showing ‘traffic jams’ of climbers left waiting for hours on cliff edges to reach the top, may result in a limit in numbers of permits released per year.
