There’s a celebratory menu for the occasion

Chef Romain Van Durman’s four-course feast starts with an appetiser of salmon and caviar, followed by pan-seared goose foie gras and langoustine. The star of the show is the smoked duck Magret which will be served as a main. The finale is a decadent Pistachio Opera.

The set menus are available at AED 680 (soft beverages) and AED 900 (house beverages and free-flowing bubbles). Both packages include a bubbles toast. There is also the AED 1,100 package which includes premium beverages and free flowing bubbly (not only a bubbly toast at midnight).
