HRH Mohammed Bin Salman has announced today the launch of The New Almurabaa Development Company, aiming to develop the largest modern downtown in Riyadh, which contributes to the development of the future of the capital in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

This new project , named The Cube, will be base its designs on applying sustainability standards and raising the level of quality of life, including green spaces, walking paths, and promoting health and sports concepts and community activities.

On top of that, it will provide 104 thousand housing units, and 9 thousand hospitality units, in addition to 1.4 million square meters of office space, in addition to about 620 thousand square meters for entertainment facilities, and about 1.8 million square meters for community facilities.
The external design of The Cube is inspired by the modern Najd characters in its design, while the interior will provide an exceptional experience through digital and virtual technologies, and the latest holographic imaging technologies.
