A Saudi Influencer Has Really Won Halloween With Her Historic Costume

This weekend has seen a lot of pictures of some super creative (and some not!) costumes from all over the world – even Saudi Arabia

And one Khobar-based model/influencer is probably winning the costume competition on Saudi social media

Her costumes and pictures are recreating the look and feel of the Eastern Province in the 1990s, at the time of the Gulf War

Photographed by r Sarah Al Moqbel, and with a creative design from Ghada (the model herself), the pictures show a nurse and man in a gas mask.

 

Some people, however, are taking offense to the costume. The influencer, however, has replied that she stands by her costume.
