Jeddah’s Waterfront Is Reopening But Under Strict Protocols
Jeddah’s mayor has announced the partial reopening of the seafronts in the governorate under strict protocols.
The mayor said that the partial reopening is under very strict restrictions – such as allowing the entry of vehicles to pass through seafronts without stopping.
There is still, however, a ban on sitting, squatting and waiting on the waterfront

Strolling and cycling are also allowed and that shall be strictly in compliance with coronavirus preventive protocols.
The decision to close the seafronts had been taken recently to stem the spread of coronavirus after overcrowding occurred.
