Saudis Are Very Supportive Of The Local Judoka Star Playing Against The Israeli Athlete At The Olympics
Saudi social media is debating what they think Saudi judoka star, Tahani Al-Qahtani, should show up for her match at the ongoing Tokyo Olympics.
She is expected to play against Israeli judoka Raz Hershko on Friday
However, some people believe that Al-Qahtani should withdraw from the games to show her solidarity with the Palestinian people and the demand of some for a cultural boycott against Israel.
Most people, however, believe that the young Saudi athlete should go on as she has come so far.

One of the people included Saudi intellectual, Turki Al Hamad. He states that this is just a sport and ignore critics who will always have something to say.
