A Comedian In Dubai Mall Used Twitter To Brilliantly To Connect With His 150k Followers
All hail Twitter as the social media platform that never lost its way.
Jeremy McLellan, a comedian who does stand-up in churches and Mosques internationally was passing through Dubai and he used Twitter (where he has over 150k followers) to document his journey.
The best bit? He live-tweeted his Dubai Mall trip encouraging fans to come and greet him… Actively social!
Known for his love of Pakistan, McLellan is on his way there but had a brief stopover in Dubai and tried to meet with some fans here.
Long layover in Dubai and then I fly into Pakistan on Sunday. Hoping it’s cloudy so I can get past the radar.

He used Twitter to let his fans know where he was at and was totally up for meet and greets
I’m at the Dubai Mall for the next few hours so if you see a white guy make sure you run up and yell ARE YOU JEREMY MCLELLAN because even if you’re wrong it’ll help get my name out there.

Flight to Dubai was lovely it’s always great to go to sleep and have a nose bleed and then wake up with blood all over you with the kid next to you screaming because they thought you got murdered. pic.twitter.com/OWmL2aIQrV

He has since landed in Pakistan and Tweeted a beautiful message to the Pakistani people
Pakistanis are the friendliest, most hospitable people on the planet. Ever since I landed everyone keeps telling me “apna mulk waapas jao gora” which means “we love you and welcome to our beautiful land.” So happy right now. ❤️
