A New Bus Service To A Church Has Been Set In Motion In Abu Dhabi And Residents Are Super Grateful To The Authorities
Founded back in 1974, St.Joseph’s Cathedral Abu Dhabi is home to over 100k expat Catholic devotees from all over the world. The masses held at the church are celebrated in a number of different languages, thus the church is almost always packed to full capacity during their services.
In efforts to make commuting to the Cathedral slightly easier for the residents, The UAE Department of Transport had provided the church with a bus stop right in front of their church.
According to the announcement made on St.Joseph’s Cathedral Abu Dhabi’s official Facebook handle, Bus number X9 will operate ONLY on Fridays from September 20 and are scheduled to run from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm with buses leaving every 30 minutes.
The Department of Transport has graciously provided a BUS STOP right in front of our church. The New Express Bus Service (Bus number X9) will be operational only on Fridays beginning 20th September 2019. The Bus Route from Abu Dhabi Bus Station to the Churches in the Al Karama Area.
