Most places across Dubai are pristine. You’ll barely find any dust, trash or filth in public places and that’s thanks to the Dubai Municipality’s dedicated team. So, it’s very unfortunate when a place is found with lots of trash left behind like Lahbab desert.

A Dubai resident is raising concern over the amount of trash at Lahbab’s desert safari

Desert safari visitors are responsible for picking up their own trash to maintain the cleanliness of the camps

@whereintheworldisnur recently visited Lahbab for a desert safari experience with a well-known camp. At the entrance of the camp, she came across piles of trash. Empty bottles of water, cans, tissues and paper cups just sitting on the sand.

It is up to every visitor of these camps to dispose of their trash properly! Littering is punishable by law across the UAE.
