The first weekend of the Holy Month of Ramadan is a true test of determination, and you did it, so head out and celebrate!

10. Witness a Guinness World Record attempt by Team AngelWolf’s children – Rio & Tia

Team AngelWolf’s next big sports challenge with inclusion and a Guinness World Record!
This will involve their daughter, Tia (16 years old) and son, Rio (19 years old and a Person Of Determination) participating in an Olympic distance triathlon race with inclusion as a Guinness World Record attempt, to be the  “Fastest time to complete an Olympic distance triathlon whilst carrying a person.”
  • Tia will swim 1.5kms pulling Rio in a kayak.
  • Tia will cycle 40kms with Rio sat on their adapted bike.
  • Tia will run 10kms pushing Rio in a running chair.

9. Spend Earth hour under the stars at Al Qudra Desert

Earth Hour is a global movement uniting people to take action on environmental issues and protect the planet. Get away from the city lights and join the Dubai Astronomy Group at Al Qudra Desert on the evening of the 25th of March for an Iftar under the stars program and to learn more about Earth Hour, our night sky, and observe different planets and objects through our telescopes.

This causes lower back aches and discomfort and yoga is a safe way that can target both of these things. In this class we will focus on poses that will strengthen lower back muscles and gentle stretches that will relieve tightness and give your lower back some relief.
Yoga is great for working on flexibility, core stability , correcting posture, and breathing—all of which are necessary for a healthy pain free back.
